The representative of the project leader – Federazione Autonoma dei Sindacati dei Trasporti (FAST) from Italy opened the meeting and welcomed all participants.

First of all, the expert Mr Neumann oversaw the Presentation of the situation of COVID-crisis – Analysis of the Situation in Germany and in the other countries and the consequences for HR Development.

Secondly, the expert exposed the best practices: Challenges and opportunities in other countries with the target group flight personnel (Exchange Tables).

Third, the expert tried problems and solution finding of the target group, a continuation discussion about new instruments of consultation and participation during time of crisis, and  Summary and Outlook (Preparation of the next meeting).

Finally, the summary of the meeting is passed and questions and answers are questions.

Execution of activities: Impulse: VUCA world and uncertainty, exchange of experiences: VUCA and social partners, personnel development in uncertain times, check out and prepare next meeting.

Synthesis of the results obtained, conclusions or recommendations: little room for qualification of the low-skilled, costs for further training are divided proportionally between employers and employees, further training in the technical area will be reduced, training is too theoretical. Strategic personnel development must be organized in the company, personnel development structure must be established with external partners, professional qualification must be strengthened.
