The meeting was opened by the representative of the project leader – Federazione Autonoma dei Sindacati dei Trasporti (FAST) of Italy, who welcomed all participants.

First, they exchanged experiences with the help of the Lean Coffee method. They then discussed the different thematic areas:
-Ecology and impact on the labour market and social relations.
-Before and after the crisis of covid19; impact on the economy of the respective countries and the work between the social partners.
-Inflationary trends and their impact on collective bargaining in the respective countries.
-Different contexts and framework conditions in the respective countries in the field of social partnerships.

Thirdly, the expert and the moderator presented the Negotiating Strategies in Social Partnerships: Negotiating Scenarios and Results in Social Partnerships, as well as the HARVARD method in the negotiations and its impact on the negotiations.
Finally, the synthesis of the results obtained / conclusions or recommendations: The social framework and its implementation must be designed and demanded by the EU and not (only) left to the social partners at national level; the structural conditions in the respective countries are too different for that.
