The meeting was opened by the representative of the project leader – Federazione Autonoma dei Sindacati dei Trasporti (FAST) of Italy, who welcomed all the participants and recalled the course of the first meeting, including the main objectives of the project and activities. planned.
The Italian report was submitted first. It focused on three aspects related to the introduction: restrictions on economic activity; financial support; specific behavior patterns. A new phenomenon was explained, which is remote work, mainly in administration and education.
The German report focuses on issues such as: the state of the economy, which has clearly deteriorated, especially in 2020; decrease in billing and a difficult situation in air traffic, which was related to the reduction of employment and the limitation of working time.
The Spanish report presented confirms the greatest socioeconomic crisis that has hit the country in all its aspects. Tourism in particular, and the air transport that depends on it, were the ones that suffered the most from the coronavirus pandemic, which translated into the general poor state of the economy as a whole, for which these sectors are the main source of income. income.
As for Romania, the unique situation of the society caused by the tax system was emphasized.
The report from Macedonia showed similar findings and conclusions. The 20% lower budget income was highlighted.
The Polish report does not differ from previous reports in the context of assessing the social and health situation in society. However, the economic situation was better.
Lithuania did not submit its report due to the presence of other alternate experts.
After analysis of the studies, a discussion took place.
Summing up the meeting, they recalled the upcoming activities of the project.
